Is That a Unicorn?
Meet Narwhal, a dog with an extra tail growing from his forehead. He was recently adopted by the owner of a pet shelter in Missouri. The puppy is named after a type of porpoise called a narwhal. This animal is known as the “unicorn of the sea” because it has a long tusk on its head.
Shelter workers say Narwhal can’t wag the extra tail but that fact doesn’t bother him. Narwhal’s photos made him a star online— and he’s now the “spokesdog” for the shelter.
